Jenni Jacobson, MBA

Jenni brings an executive perspective to complex financial questions, helping owners, attorneys, lenders, and advisors move from uncertainty to a clear course of action. Her 20 years of experience include serving as CFO for companies in both the painting and flooring industries, giving her specialized insight into the financial and operational challenges of the skilled trades. Her work centers on financial leadership, accounting clarity, strategic decision-making, and litigation support, including CFO expertise in financial analysis, profitability, forecasting, job costing, cash flow, and business performance. She especially enjoys cleaning up messy financials and transforming them into clear, useful information for business owners.

About Jenni

A longtime Idahoan, Jenni has called the Boise area home since the 1980s, with five generations of her family rooted in the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and being involved with her church. She is happiest around the water—whether boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply enjoying the sand beneath her feet.

Robert Jacobson

Robert brings a strategic and analytical perspective to complex business questions, helping owners, executives, and advisors turn financial and operational data into a clear course of action. His career includes work with Bank of America, General Electric, Medtronic, and Countrywide Home Loans, giving him broad experience across finance, business analytics, marketing, forecasting, performance modeling, reporting, process improvement, and operational systems. His work centers on uncovering the story behind the numbers, identifying what drives performance, and translating complex analysis into practical decisions business leaders can act on. He especially enjoys bringing structure to difficult problems and turning fragmented data into clear, actionable direction.

About Robert

Robert lives in the Boise area with his wife and values spending time with family, being involved with church, and staying connected to his community. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, working out, and following baseball. He appreciates the balance of faith, family, thoughtful work, and the everyday experiences that make life meaningful.
